What we collect. Information you give us — name, phone, email, location, enquiry details, electricity bill details, documents for subsidy or loan applications, and calculator inputs you choose to send. Basic website analytics, and for solar customers, performance data from monitoring equipment.

Why we use it. To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out surveys and installations, file subsidy, net-metering and loan applications for you, provide maintenance and monitoring, and improve our website — with your consent or where needed to deliver the service you asked for.

Who we share it with. Only those needed to deliver your service: government portals and agencies such as the PM Surya Ghar portal and LPDD, the bank you choose, equipment manufacturers for warranty and monitoring, and service providers bound by confidentiality. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax requirements; then we delete it.

Your rights. Write to info@odzer.in to see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent.

Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Grievances. Write to our Grievance Officer at info@odzer.in or odzer Complex, Opposite Main Gate, Leh Airport, Leh, UT Ladakh – 194101. We will respond within 30 days.
